REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FEES 

 

  1. All payments made towards the online application are deemed non- refundable under any circumstances. 
  1. ln the case of a double payment resulting from a technical glitch, a refund for the excess amount will be initiated by the college after verifying the transactions.
  2. Chargeback cases will not be entertained by the college.
  3. Requests for reimbursement of Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) charges on transactions will not be entertained.
  4. Refunds will not be issued for any cancellation or withdrawal of application or exam registration.
  5. ln the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or government regulations, where the entrance exam cannot be conducted by the college, alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be provided, but refunds will not be offered.
  6. Any requests for exceptions to the refund policy must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the college administration.
  7. The refund policy may be amended or modified at any time without prior notice by the college. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
  8. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible. However, refunds may be issued via alternative methods at the discretion of the college.
  9. Any disputes regarding refunds or the application of the refund policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authorities and the college's internal dispute resolution process. 

 

 

EXPRESSIVE ARTS THERAPY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 

Students with a Bachelor’s degree in any faculty or discipline can fill out the online application and there is no age restriction for admission.  

Please note: Due to compliance with NCAHP ACT 2021, online university/Distance courses at the Undergraduate Level will not be accepted as eligibility. 

 

CREATION OF THE ACADEMIC BANK OF CREDITS (ABC) ID

As per the guidelines by UGC and the University of Mumbai (please refer to the circular in the downloads below), students are requested to provide their ABC ID to the college at the time of admission. 

 

To facilitate the creation of the same in case you do not have one, please follow the steps mentioned below.

You can create your ABC ID using following any one method between Option A or Option B as per the steps given. 

 

OPTION A:

  • Website: www.abc.gov.in,
  • Visit  www.abc.gov.in
  • Click on my account: student
  • For new users – Click “sign up for “ Meri Pehchan”
  • Enter your Mobile Number, you will get OTP on your Registered Mobile No.
  • Fill in all necessary details and click on verify
  • Students will get ABC ID.

 

OPTION B:

  • www.digilocker.gov. in
  • Sign in to Digi Locker by visiting  www.digilocker.gov.in (can be done using Mobile or Aadhar)
  • Go to Search Documents
  • Go to Education Section
  • Search for the ABC ID widget
  • Click on the widget to generate and download ABC ID
  • Students will get ABC ID

  6. SWD Proof (Student with Disabilities) (If Applicable)
  7. Graduation Marksheet (If Applicable)
  8. Post graduation Marksheet (If Applicable)
  9. The role of expressive arts in your life (Max 500 words)- Only PDF
  10. Statement of Purpose (Max 800 words)- Only PDF 
  11. Any Relevant Certificates done in field relevant to psychology, fine arts or performing arts. (If Applicable)
  12. Experience within the field of Mental Health. (If Applicable)
  13. Relevant conferences  (Psychology or Arts Related) or workshops attended  (If Applicable)

UNDERTAKING

By Accepting to proceed:

  1. If found that I do not satisfy the eligibility criteria given in the admissions notice and on the college website my admission will be forfeited. 
  2. I have read and I accept the provisions of the rules under Autonomy in the College Handbook 2018 Section 5.6, page 34
  3. I confirm that my educational qualifications will be verified and If any discrepancy is found in my application, my admission will be forfeited.
